Car Parks

At Grupo Ferlo we have developed several projects with the aim of improving traffic in various areas of the Granadian capital and their implementation through administrative concession, which are currently being assessed and/or are pending approval by the municipal body for future implementation. Sports complexes and shopping centres: In Granada Capital, the Mondragones complex is a huge step forward which involves the creation of a shopping centre and sports centre together with the new municipal facilities and a large underground car park that would also provide parking for the hospital area in Granada.

Emblematic Projects

The project of greatest importance, with regard to the citys economic and social development and the generation of employment, is the Teleférico de Sierra Nevada that will link the ski station and the city centre thanks to the largest cable car transport system in the world. It is an ambitious project that will not only generate employment, promote tourism and respect the environment, but also establishes Granada as a pioneering city for innovative projects of national and international renown. The cable cars will create 2,084 jobs and will promote tourism (it is able to transport 3,600 people per hour), whilst respecting the environment (Ecological development).

These are just some of the projects which currently appear in the Grupos portfolio with constant new additions from very diverse fields due to the dynamism of the company, always assessing the socioeconomic impact that these projects will have when put in motion.
