By means of this disclaimer, the Inversiones Ferlo company informs the users of its internet sites, www.inversionesferlo.com and www.grupoferlo.com (herein referred to as the PORTAL), of its policy regarding protection of personal data so that users can freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide the Inversiones Ferlo company with any personal data which may be required of them, or that the Inversiones Ferlo company could obtain from subscriptions to or registration for any of the services provided by the PORTAL or via the PORTAL.

The personal data that we are provided with may be passed on to any of the companies that collaborate with Grupo Ferlo and they will be used exclusively to offer you our products and professional services, or information about them.

Inversiones Ferlo assumes that when the client submits his/her personal data in the proposed form by sending it via the "e;information"e; or "e;after sales"e; options, he/she consents to the automated treatment of the data, and is thus sending the information through his/her own will, considering this data necessary in order to offer information about the products which Inversiones Ferlo sells and seeks to provide him/her with.
