1.- FERLO DEVELOPMENTS

Within the property sector there are various areas of activity in which projects are developed. Given that Ferlo Developments philosophy is to participate in all areas, we act in the development of all of the following:

1. Metropolitan Residential Properties.

In the metropolitan area there has been a policy right from the beginning which has been based on the development of products that improve the quality of supply to a level exceeding the average, being able to offer homes at very competitive prices. This is how the Bepuam, Cañada Los Fenicios and Cavifer Developments, among others, were brought to existence. This enables a constant progression in sales, even when the market slows down. The end objective is to carry out viable projects which adapt to the clients characteristics and needs. For this reason, we seek to be aware of the particular features of the demand at each and every moment.

2. Town Centre Properties.

Our activity in the town centre is aimed at overcoming the deficit of new housing in the most fundamental areas of the city. This is how, for example, Residencial Centro Sur emerged, a residential complex that will serve as an architectural reference, thanks to its design and execution, with excellent specifications, thus offering a product in line with the current demand.

3. Tourist Properties.

The emergence of new forms of tourism has led Grupo Ferlo to adapt to the needs of an increasingly demanding clientele. In order to satisfy this demand, various TOURIST URBANIZATION projects are being developed in coastal areas like El Ejido (Almeria); as well as ecotourism in the Laroles area (Granadian Alpujarra).

4. Commercial / Industrial Properties.

There is work being carried out on the development of tertiary, industrial and leisure centres, as well as building complexes in areas with good transport connections with the capital, all of which are aimed at offering business opportunities, to both traditional commerce and industrial activity in Granada, which satisfy the needs of the public in the metropolitan area, Granada province and the surrounding provinces.

2.- FERLO CONSTRUCTIONS

This is the pioneering division of the Grupo, from which all of the other companies that comprise it stem. It began as Construcciones López Porras over 100 years ago and it is currently the channel through which the company is consolidating its diversification policy, thanks to which the stockholding in two of the most important companies in Andalusia, which are national bench-mark companies, has been obtained.

Shares in Grupo UCOP have been held since the companys creation, throughout its continual growth and current expansion. The company has a turnover exceeding 36 million euros, derived from its work in Civil Engineering, Building and Chipboard Plants, and from its orders of a value exceeding 100 million euros.

Grupo Gea 21 has shares in over 55 companies and has been considered one of the biggest revelations in the sector in recent years, with a turnover of more than 400 million euros and renown not only in Andalusia but also throughout the country.

3.- FERLO CONCESSIONS

This is a division which has grown in recent years since it is one of the most attractive business fields out of those to appear in the market. The main line of business is focused on construction, promotion and the management of dual-use car parks, with spaces occupied on a rotation basis and other spaces reserved for residents. The objectives defined for the utilization of the car parks are to enable direct interaction with the clients and to uphold the promise of offering the user a service of maximum quality, convenience and security, guaranteed to satisfy.

In Granada capital, Geysepark manages city centre parking, operating the Parking del Violón (more than 800 spaces on a rotation basis), as well as the car park next to the new stadium Los Carmenes, meeting all parking demand generated by the Campus Tecnológico de la Salud and the sports stadiums, with over 1000 parking spaces and acting as pioneers in underground parking for camper vans.

4.- FERLO SERVICES

Grupo Ferlos diversification policy gives rise to its shareholding in companies in the service sector, a key piece in Granadas economy, and constitutes one of their new approaches to generating employment and consolidating its role as a company immersed in Granadas social reality. Hotel and catering and telecommunications are some of the industries which have joined Grupo Ferlo, bringing with them their business knowledge and experience.

5.- FERLO RENTING

This is the Grupo's new division which was created to acquire assets intended for use on a rental basis and has arisen in view of the current market situation and the desire to look for possible business opportunities. Grupo Ferlo has a notable asset renting income valued at over SIX million euros, with more than 20 separate assets in use and other important projects currently being developed. Amongst the properties owned are homes in desirable residential areas and flats in the town centre, as well as offices for business development in business centres, car parks and store rooms.
