History of Grupo Ferlo

The Grupo Ferlo is a company firmly established in construction and property development with over 4 generations of family history behind it in the construction sector. It has achieved growth through expansion into all areas of the property market, and consolidation through diversification a target which has been clearly defined since the companys foundation. By applying its knowledge and experience in areas as diverse as concessions, the service sector and the generation of equity, the company thus guarantees the future of its investments. Today, it is a bench-mark company in all areas in which it is active thanks to its ability to apply traditional knowledge to a young and modern companys initiative, focused on developing projects that stimulate Granada provinces economy generating employment and improving the populations quality of life.

Mission Statement

The companys mission is the development of investments in the property sector as well as in the construction, administrative concessions and services sectors, which, whilst achieving profitability and receiving support from our professional team, satisfy the needs of its clients, offering an integral service which guarantees that all of the products offered have the greatest effectiveness at the lowest possible cost, based on the principle of continuous improvement of the services provided.
