I.- Users

The access to and/or use of Inversiones Ferlo?s website implies that whoever does so is conferred user status and accepts entirely and without reservations from that moment on the general terms of use, as well as the specific terms that in the case of each individual add to, modify or replace the general terms in relation to specific services and contents offered by the website.

II.- Use of the website, services and its contents

The user agrees to use the website and its services and contents without contravening the current legislation, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order.

VI. Duration

The duration of access to the website and its services is of an indefinite nature.

Nevertheless, Inversiones Ferlo reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the provision of the website service or any of the services it is composed of in the same terms listed in the third condition.

VII. Intellectual Property

In order to preserve any intellectual property rights in the case that a user or third party were to consider that content included in the website violates his/her legal rights, he/she should notify Inversiones Ferlo of the situation, indicating the following:

• Personal details of the person whose rights have allegedly been infringed. If the complaint is presented by a third party other than the affected person he/she should indicate the nature in which he/she acts as a representative.
• The contents protected by intellectual property rights and their location on the website.
• Proof of the stated intellectual property rights.
• An express statement in which the affected person accepts liability for the veracity of the information provided in the notification.

VIII. Applicable laws and jurisdiction

The current Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Inversiones Ferlo and the user, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction which could be applied, submit themselves to the Jurisdiction of the Judges and Courts of the user?s domicile for any incidents or actions which may derive from the provision of the website, its services and contents and from the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance of what has hereby been established. In the event of the user?s domicile being located outside of Spain, Inversiones Ferlo and the user, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction which could be applied, submit themselves to the Jurisdiction of the Judges and Courts of Granada.
